The structure of linear vibrating screen usually includes screen box, single or double vibrator, spring shock absorb er, screen, feeding device, diversion device, etc. The screen box is the main part of the linear vibrating screen. It is usually welded by steel plates and has sufficient strength and rigidity. The vibrator is the power source that generates vibration during the screening process. It is usually directly driven by a motor and is connected to the screen box in a sealed manner. The spring damping device is used to weaken the impact of vibration and ensure that the vibration of the entire system is stable and reliable. The screen is the main component used to screen raw materials, and its selection needs to be based on the production process and material characteristics.
