Linear vibrating screen is a kind of rectangular shape closed and light weight industrial vibrating sieve equipment. It can installed the wooden frame sieve, wire mesh sieve, or perforated plate screen as per different sieving request.
Working Principle
The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlap in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. A resultant force, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the material's own gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. Can be used to automate operations in the assembly line. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure without dust spillage. It can screen materials up to 400 mesh, and can screen out 8 kinds of materials with different particle sizes.

For single machine delivery, we will make the plywooden box packing for damage proof, for the whole truck machine, we will hire the direct line truck to ensure the machine hand over to the client directly.
