There are different types of inside screen sieve structure according to different customer's request or different applications.

 

The screen surface of the linear screen vibrates linearly through the driving mechanism. The material enters the screen surface along the feed inlet. Under the action of the vibration force, the material moves forward and continuously contacts the screen surface, thereby being divided into particles of different sizes. During the screening process, small particles fall into the fine bin below through the sieve holes, while large particles move forward along the screen surface and finally fall into the enlarged bin.

Both linear screens and round vibrating screens are screening equipment, but their screen surface vibration trajectories are different. The screen surface of the linear screen has a linear motion trajectory, with high screening efficiency and high precision; while the screen surface of the round vibrating screen is circular or oval, with low screening efficiency and low precision. At the same time, the linear screen will not cause damage to the materials and ensures the integrity of the materials; while the round vibrating screen will be disturbed by frustration and noise during the screening process, which may cause damage to the materials.
