Introduction

The linear vibrating screen is specially designed for large production and is suitable for safe screening, classification and dust removal of powders and granules. It can choose from 1 to 6 layers and can complete 7 different classifications in one operation.

Working Principle
The linear vibrating screen screen woking on two reverse motors with the same frequency to make the material jump straight forward on the screen surface. Materials smaller than the screen hole diameter fall into the lower layer through the screen, while materials larger than the screen hole size remain on the screen surface and exit from this layer. The material is discharged from the material port to achieve the purpose of screening and grading purpose.

Working Site of the customers
It can not only working by single machine but also can combine the production line with belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screw conveyor etc.

Preparation before installation
1. Check whether the motor label meets the requirements.
2. Use a 500-volt meg ohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance. The value should be obtained by drying the stat or winding. The drying temperature should not exceed 120°C.
3. Check the fasteners of the motor to prevent loosening.
4. Check whether there is any damage or deformation on the surface of the motor.
5. Check whether the rotation is flexible. If there are any abnormalities, they should be eliminated.
6. Check the power supply to see if there is any phase loss, and run it without load for 5 minutes.

Installation and adjustment
1. The motor should be fastened to the mounting surface, which must be smooth and flat.
2. The motor can be installed horizontally.
3. The motor lead adopts four-core rubber cable YZ-500V. When connecting to the power supply, the lead cable is not allowed to have sharp bends and is reliably fixed with the vibrating body.
4. The motor should have reliable grounding. There is a grounding device inside the motor, and there are signs on the lead ends. You can also use solid bolts on the feet for grounding.
5. Adjustment of exciting force.

Daily Use and Maintenance
1. This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.
2. In the early stage of operation of this machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, just adjust the power phase sequence.
4. The motor should be well lubricated, and lithium-based grease (ZL-3) should be replenished every two weeks or so. When refueling, add an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease through the oil cup. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not equipped with an oil cup.
5. After the machine has been running for 1500 hours, the bearings should be inspected and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.
6. When the machine is used again after being parked for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured using a 500-volt meager. It should be greater than 0.5 meg-ohm.
