Introduction
High quality linear vibrating screen is a kind of closed and light weight industrial vibrating sieve equipment. It has a wide application for powder sieving in different mesh size, granules classification for different industry. Adopts double vibrating motors as vibration source, after the powder or granules be fed in to the machine, linear vibrating screen will doing the vibration movement, the powder will be vibrated and jumped on the screen surface and move forward in straight line. Then different mesh size powder will be separated by different screen mesh sieve and discharged from each outlet by oversize and under size and then complete the whole sieving procedure.
Working Principle
There two horizontal vibrating motors installed on the below of the screen box or on the two side of the machine will vibrate in opposite directions and generate the vibration force and transmitted to the screen surface. Under the action of vibration force, the screen case which supported on the four compression spring produces a continuous linear vibration. In the process of the movement, the powder or the pellets will jump on the screen and keep going in a straight line at the same time, and then go through the multi-layer screen aperture size, then different size of powder or pellets was separated out from different outlet. It can be equipped with single or multi-decks to achieve different purposes like grading, removing impurity, removing dust, testing, washing selecting, dehydration, etc.

The dust cover can be fixed in the screw bolts or made in the lock type like picture below, the inside screen sieve can be made in full stainless steel if the machine is made in stainless steel, the outlet direction can be customized as per production line needs.
