2 layers linear vibrating screen is the linear vibrating screen equipped with two different mesh screen with three outlets for three different size separating. Adopts double vibrating motors as vibration source, Linear Vibrating Screen is a kind of closed and light weight industrial vibrating sieve equipment. It has the features of high efficiency, high sieving precision, high sieving capacity etc. There are full stainless steel or carbon steel machine materials as per different application. The outlet direction can be made in downward or forward direction as per user's specific request.

The 2 layers linear vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen case, screen frame, screen mesh, vibration motor, motor pedestal, vibration damping spring and so on.

1.screen case: welded by several kinds of different thickness of steel plate with a certain strength and stiffness,which is the main component of the screen machine.

2. mesh screen frame: made of pine or small deformation of wood, mainly used to keep the screen flat, to achieve normal screening, there are also punched screen plate, steel mesh frame, stainless steel mesh frame.

3. screen mesh sieve: there are low carbon steel, brass, stainless steel wire and other sieve.

4. vibration motor (use and maintenance methods refer to the vibration motor instruction manual).

5.motor pedestal: used for installation of vibration motor, before using, the connection screw must be tightened, especially three days before the trial of the new screen machine, must be repeatedly tightened to avoid loosening caused by accidents.

6. damping spring: prevent vibration to the ground, while supporting the full weight of the screen case,when installation the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.

7. machine frame: consists of four pillars and two channels, supporting the screen box, the installation of the pillar must be perpendicular to the ground, the two pillars below the channel should be parallel to each other.

 

 

 

When working, the two vibrating motors vibrate in opposite directions, the eccentric blocks at the ends of motor produce vibration force. Under the action of vibration force, the screen box which supported on the four compression spring produces a continuous linear vibration. In the process of the movement, the materials do the projectile motion and keep going in a straight line at the same time. The materials enter in from the inlet, go through the multi-layer screen, then different size of materials was separated out from different outlet. It can be equipped with single or multi-decks to achieve different purposes like grading, removing impurity, removing dust, testing, washing selecting, dehydration, etc.
