Super sack bulk bag dump stations is one kind of powder transfer discharging system which widely used for bulk bag or tons bags unloading in chemical,plastic, cement, food, pharmacy industry etc. It can be designed in closed or open type structure as per different production needs. It is equipped with integral "I" beam and hoist for lifting and unloading bags in the unloader. It can be design with knife inside for automatic cutting or manually untying, and then directly connected to an enclosed conveyor for direct transfer the material to next procedure. For meeting the different production request, it can also designed into the multi function type which top for ton bags and below with small bags unloading.

 

 

 

1. The electric hoist is fixed on the beam of the top frame or can also be fixed on the ground floor;

2. The ton bag is lifted by an electric hoist to the top of the hopper, and the bag mouth extends into the hopper feed port. Then close the bag clamping valve, untie the bagging rope, slowly open the bag clamping valve, and the material in the bag flows into the hopper smoothly;

3. The material is discharged through the hopper to the rotary valve at the bottom and enters the bottom pipe. The negative pressure generated by the fan can pneumatically transport the material to the destination to complete the unpacking and transportation work.

4. For fine powder materials, this set of equipment can have a built-in or external dust collector to filter out the dust generated during the dumping process and discharge the clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere, so that workers can work easily in a clean environment.

5. The overall height can be controlled between 2-5 meters to meet the different height requirements;

6． The bottom of the bulk bag dump stations is fixed with anchor bolts and legs. For the bulk bag dumping station equipment higher than 5 meters, a pre-buried foundation is required to increase its firmness.
