Its performance characteristics in practical applications:

 

The overall structure is relatively simple and has few parts. The U-shaped groove adopts segmented flange connection to facilitate the replacement and maintenance of the internal bushing. Therefore, the whole machine operates safely and is easy to maintain. Since the shaftless spiral blade and U-shaped groove protective bushing where friction occurs are made of highly wear-resistant materials, and the spiral speed is low, there is little wear, long service life, and low maintenance costs.

 

During normal operation, it can effectively reduce the labor intensity of operators.

 

Since the U-shaped trough, legs, cover and other components are made of stainless steel, they have beautiful appearance, compact structure and save place;

 

If the dehydrated sludge accidentally falls into the feed inlet, it will cause scattering and leakage and will not pollute the environment.

 

In addition, since the upper part of the U-shaped trough is equipped with a cover plate, the transportation process is basically a closed transportation, so it can reduce indoor peculiar smell.

 

 

There will be high water content in the slurry, and the transportation output is generally required to be relatively large. According to test data, a shaftless screw conveyor has a conveying capacity of 1.4-458m/h, which is 1.5 times that of a shafted screw conveyor of the same diameter.

 

 

The shaftless screw conveyor can be loaded and unloaded in the middle, the front end or the back end. and the conveying direction can be reversed, or it can convey in two opposite directions at the same time.

 

During the transportation process, the materials can also be stirred, mixed, heated and cooled. The flow of sludge can also be adjusted through the loading and unloading gate. The conveying length of a single machine can reach 60~70m.

 

 

The slurry screw conveyor uses rotating spiral blades to move the material forward and discharged from the outlet to complete screw conveyor transportation procedure. The force that prevents the material from rotating together with the screw conveyor blades is the weight of the material itself and the frictional resistance of the screw conveyor casing to the material. The spiral blades are welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor.

 

As per different material density to be conveyed, the surface shapes of the blades include solid surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type, etc. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction to give the screw axial reaction force along with the material. When the machine length is long, an intermediate hanging bearing should be added.
