Spiral blade: It consists of a spiral shaft and spiral blades welded on the shaft. According to the different winding directions of the spiral blades on the rotating shaft, the spiral blades of the tubular screw conveyor are divided into two types: left-hand and right-hand.

Driving device: Using the electric motor as the driving force, it is decelerated by the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and then the power is transmitted to the spiral shaft through the coupling.

Bearing: M1 - is a rolling hanging bearing, which adopts 80000 type sealed bearing. The shaft cover is equipped with a dust-proof sealing structure. It is often used in places where oil is not easy to be refueled, or oil will contaminate the material. The sealing effect is good and the hanging bearing has a long life. The temperature of conveyed materials is ≤80℃. M2 - is a sliding hanging bearing with a dust-proof sealing device. It is commonly used to transport materials with relatively high temperature (>80℃) or liquid materials.

 

 

 

(1) Lubricant should be added regularly to transmission parts such as bearings, gears and chains.

(2) After the box conveyor is out of service, the wear of the spiral blades should be checked and repaired if the wearing is serious.

(3) The conveying capacity must not be overloaded, otherwise the material will not be discharged, causing bending of the screw shaft and swelling of the box.

(4) When the conveyed medium has a high degree of friction, you should pay attention to whether the expansion and contraction of the box changes freely and there are no stuck places. If there is any problem, solve it as soon as possible.

(5) When the conveyor makes harsh noise during operation, the cover should be opened and inspected to eliminate the fault.
