According to the design form, it is divided into two types: closed type and open type. The U-shaped shaftless screw conveyor is designed and manufactured in compliance with the "Screw Conveyor" standard of the DIN15261-1986 production standard. It mainly consisting of U-shaped groove, feeding inlet , flange, driving device, lining plate, upper cover and other components. The cross-sectional area is small, the sealing is good, the operation of the equipment is simple, and there are no hidden dangers for operators. The manufacturing cost of the U-shaped conveyor is low, and the energy consumption of the conveyor is large.

 

 

The U-shaped shaftless screw conveyor has a variety of conveying methods, which can be used for horizontal conveying, inclined conveying, vertical conveying, etc., or even a combination of several forms. The middle hanging bearing of the conveyor adopts two interchangeable structures, rolling and sliding. The screw conveyor can work in conjunction with other conveying equipment. The shaftless screw conveyor adopts non central shaft design, which provides a non-blocking conveying surface, eliminates the accumulation of sticky materials, and makes difficult-to-convey materials easy to convey. It is especially suitable for conveying paste materials, semi-fluid and viscous materials, and wet materials. and strip materials such as municipal solid waste, dewatered, thickened or conditioned sludge, kitchen waste, household waste, waste from meat/fish/fruit and vegetable processing, beverage industry, pulp and paper, chemical industry, general food industry, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses/slaughterhouses , restaurants, canteens and general catering.

 

 

 

Compared with the ordinary screw conveyor, the spiral body of the shaftless screw conveyor does not have a mandrel, and thicker blades are welded into the spiral body. When the shaftless screw conveyor is running, the rotating spiral body is driven to make sliding contact with the lining plate at the bottom of the inner wall of the casing. The material will form a protective layer between the spiral body and the inner wall of the casing. The spiral body and the inner wall are not in direct contact, causing little wear on the casing and spiral blades.

 

 

 

1. There is no central shaft. In addition to conveying sludge with high viscosity, it is also suitable for conveying fiber materials, wires and other materials without entanglement or blockage.

2. The conveying length of a single machine can reach 60 meters, and the conveying capacity is 1.5 times that of the traditional shaft screw conveyor of the same diameter.

3. If the dehydrated sludge accidentally falls into the feed inlet, it will not cause scattering or leakage, and will not pollute the environment.

4. It can discharge materials from both the bottom and the end. Using special lining plates, the machine can work at high temperatures.
