- Product Introduction
Circular vibrating screen is the rotary vibrating screen made in round shape, it can be made in single screen layer or multi screen layers as per user's needs. When applied for food related factory, it mainly used for the sieving, separating, filtering of the food powder, food granules, or food liquid etc.
Working Principle
The circular vibrating screen uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed on the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the motor's rotational motion into horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface. The screen powder or granules will be separated as per different screen aperture size and discahrged from each outlets, so complete the whole sieving procedure.

1. Clean and hygienic: The circular vibrating screen for food factory is made of stainless steel, polished inside and outside to prevent rust, smooth and clean, without any black spots or burrs to prevent materials from being contaminated, suitable for industries with high hygiene requirements such as food powder, chemical powder or pharmacy powders.
2. High temperature resistance: Good heat resistance and thermal insulation performance, can withstand high temperature material screening of 200℃-500℃.
3. High sieving accuracy: can screen to 400 mesh or 0.028mm powder, granules, liquid can be filtered to 5 microns

No dust pollution: fully sealed structure, dust cover installed on the upper feeding inlet, silicone seals and soft connections between the screen frame and the screen for isolation and sealing, which can effectively prevent material spillage and external dust from entering, ensuring that the material will not be contaminated.

Operation notes on Circular vibrating screen for food factory
Feeding the powder evenly: the feeding amount should be based on the sieving capacity of circular vibrating screen. To much material feeding at one time will effect the normal movement of the material on the screen surface, which will not only make the screen become loose, but also greatly reduce the sieving capacity. Further more it will suddenly increase the load of the motor which is in unbalanced operation, causing the damage to the motor and reducing the motor service life.
It is necessary to add a hopper with buffer device if the feeding methods with strong impact force. The feeding material directly impacts the mesh surface, which not only consumes the exciting force generated by the vibration source, but also easily cause mesh damage and reduce the sieving capacity, and also reduce the sieving accuracy.
If the screening material is corrosive, please clean it up in time after use.
Please frequently check whether the screen mesh is loose or not and tighten the screen mesh timely.
Before starting: (1) Check whether the working screen is damaged. If damaged, replace it immediately;
(2) Check whether each set of clamp rings is locked, and tighten the loose clamp rings;
When starting: (1) Pay attention to any abnormal sound; (2) Observe whether the electric current is stable;
(3) Check whether the material is running normally
