Machine Structure
The structure of the vacuum feeder is mainly composed of a vacuum pump, a conveying pipeline, a feed port, a discharge port, etc. Among them, the vacuum pump is the core component of the equipment. It can generate sufficient negative pressure to ensure the smooth transportation of materials. The transportation pipeline is the channel for materials, usually made of stainless steel pipes or plastic pipes to ensure the hygiene and safety of the materials; The inlet and outlet are used for the input and output of materials respectively. Reasonable design of the inlet and outlet can ensure the smooth transportation of materials and reduce material residues.

Main Applications

For the single vacuum conveyor delivery, we always take plywooden box packing. Specific packing size and weight will provide after packing before delivery.
