Main Applications
General specifications of quartz silica sand are: 0.5-1mm, 1-2mm, 2-4mm, 4-8mm, 8-16mm, 16-32mm, 10-20 mesh, 20-40 mesh, 40-80 mesh, 100-120 mesh. The rectangular swing screen can be used for effective screening work with the above mesh sizes. A single unit has an hourly output of 5 tons to 50 tons, and the screening accuracy is more than 98%, which meets the requirements for the use of petroleum proppant.
Working Principle
Adopt the ordinary motor as the transmission source,which is the imitation of the people to make sieving with two hands to make the screened powder doing the elliptical trajectory movement on the screen surface left and right, so that the screened material is close to the mesh surface. The elliptical curve movement is also used on the screen to make the material stay on the drying surface for a long time, thereby achieving better screening performance.
