There are different customized design like to add the observation hole on the cover or the screen frame, pneumatic lifter, rotating brush, add the ultrasonic generator for the screen sieve, powder painting for the surface treatment etc.

Diameter 1200mm Circular Tumbler Sieving Machine is the medium size round tumbler screen which can sieving 800kgs-2000kgs per hour as per different mesh size and different material density. Machine Structure & Working Instruction
It is round shape and installed layer by layer in different mesh size, feeding from the inlet, different powder size will be dropped down from each compatiable apertures and discharged from each outlet by the swing motivation so that complete the whole sieving procedure.
Machine Features
1. With a high screening efficiency and can produce large outputs at a time.
2. Up to 5 times output compared than common sieving machine.
3. Can be arrived multi-layer screening and at most 6 level separation.
4. Sieving efficiency is as high as 90% -95%.
5.When using the silicone rubber balls, ultrasonic and other high-performance mesh- cleaning
device system, the sieve mesh/aperture will not be blocked.
6.Enclosed cleaning dust, safe operation; the acceleration is 4.5 times lower than common vibrating screen.
7.Noise <75 dB. Re-optimization is balanced, ground-based dynamic load is low.
