Round S304 Tumbler Vibrating Sieve Separator is also called the rocking sieve, swing type vibrating screen, It is a common screening equipment and is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, building materials and other industries. Its main function is to classify, screen and filter granular or powdery materials.

 

The working principle of the Round S304 Tumbler Vibrating Sieve Separator is the rotating force generated by the motor to make the screen body to produce reciprocating swing motion in the vertical or approximately vertical direction. The material is subject to this rocking effect on the screen surface. The smaller particles fall through the gaps in the screen, while the larger particles are left on the screen surface to continue to be rocked and discharged from the outlet, ultimately achieving classification and screening of the material.

 

 

 

 

1. Imitation of manual screening. As the screened products moved on the screen surface,the material landing time is usually more than 85%, and the screening efficiency can reach more than 95%.

2. There are different size from diameter 600mm-1000mm-1200mm-1600mm-2000mm-2400mm -2600 mm, and the output is 5-10 times that of ordinary vibrating screens.

3. Five layers of screens can be installed to complete separation of 2-6 different sizes.

4. The movement of the machine is swing left and right instead of vibrated up and down like a vibrating screen, thereby reducing noise levels and reducing damage to the screened products.

5. Different cleaning devices can be flexibly used, such as bouncing balls, cleaning brushes, ultrasonic screening, etc., to avoid material clogging the sieve aperture.
