Introduction
Portable Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyor is also called vacuum feeder. It adopt the compressed air to generate high vacuum generator to realize the powder transportation. It does not require mechanical vacuum pump. When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, it will generates negative pressure to form a vacuum air flow, and the material will be sucked into the hopper of vacuum conveyor from the suction nozzle. When the material is filled with the hopper, the controller will automatically cut of the air source, then the vacuum generator will stop working, the material will be discharged from the hopper. At the same time, compressed air automatically will cleans the filter through the pulse blowback valve.
Detail structure of pneumatic vacuum conveyor
The pneumatic vacuum conveyor is composed of a vacuum pump (oil-free and water-free), a film-coated bag filter, a compressed air backflush device, a pneumatic discharge gate device, a vacuum hopper, a stainless steel adjustable suction gun, and a conveying hose.

The portable pneumatic vacuum conveyor can automatically transport various materials to the hoppers of packaging machines, injection molding machines, vibrating screen, crushers and other equipment.
