Triple deck round vibrating screen is the rotary vibrating sieve with 3 mesh layers for 4 different size separating and grading. Compared to general vibrating sieve, triple deck round vibrating screen is more efficient on multi size sieving and grading. It is mainly composed of machine base, vibrating motor, multi size screen sieve, sealing gasket, cover etc. The vibration motor is making the rotating motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement and then transfer this movement to the screen surface so that complete the whole sieving procedure. The hammer mounted on the motor can be adjusted to change the trajectory of the material stayed on the screen surface.
