Working Principle
When working, the two motors spin in opposite directions, the eccentric blocks at the ends of motor produce vibration force. Under the action of vibration force, the screen box which supported on the four compression spring produces a continuous linear vibration. In the process of the movement, the materials do the projectile motion and keep going in a straight line at the same time. The materials enter in from the inlet, go through the multi-layer screen, then different size of materials was separated out from different outlet. It can be equipped with single or multi-decks to achieve different purposes like grading, removing impurity, removing dust, testing, washing selecting, dehydration, etc.
Working Site
Inclined linear vibrating screen sieve can not only working by single machine, but also can combine with the bucket elevator, screw conveyor, belt conveyor as a whole production line.
