Introduction
Adopts double vibrating motors as vibration source, Linear Vibrating Screen is a kind of closed and light weight industrial vibrating sieve equipment. Kaolin is a kind of non-metallic ore, mainly composed of kaolinite and illite. It will need to separate the kaolin in different mesh size, or remove the impurities. The linear vibrating screen machine has a good performance on the kaolin sieving as it is closed structure which can avoid dust flying around, can be made in multi layers from 1-8 decks which can meet full sieving demands.There are different materials as per different application, full stainless steel or carbon steel.
Working Principle
When working, the two motors spin in opposite directions, the eccentric blocks at the ends of motor produce vibration force. Under the action of vibration force, the screen box which supported on the four compression spring produces a continuous linear vibration. In the process of the movement, the materials do the projectile motion and keep going in a straight line at the same time. The materials enter in from the inlet, go through the multi-layer screen, then different size of materials was separated out from different outlet. It can be equipped with single or multi-decks to achieve different purposes like grading, removing impurity, removing dust, testing, washing selecting, dehydration, etc.
