Introduction

Machine Features
Up to 5 times the output per unit area; accurate to 6-level separation, screening efficiency as high as 90%-99%; using silicone rubber balls, ultrasonic and other high-efficiency screen cleaning device systems, the screen holes will not be blocked. Fully closed and Sealed structure make the working atmosphere dust free, safe operation; acceleration is 4-5 times lower than that of general rotary vibrating screen, the working life of screening parts is increased and maintenance is reduced; the noise is less than 75 decibels. Optimized and balanced, the dynamic load of the foundation is low.

Structure Working Principle
The basic rotary motion is similar to manual screening. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm and the low speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm.
The residence time of each product can be adjusted toward the driving axis through the radial and tangential angles of the swing screen.
Thus creates horizontal and throwing three-dimensional tumbling motion. The material is evenly dispersed on the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thereby spreading in the axial direction in a spiral motion. The fine particles thus complete the entire screening process.
The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with the movement of the particles, and the particles close to the mesh size are successfully separated; the larger particles are transported to the outlet, and the flow is controlled by an adjustable guide device at the outlet, which is controlled Another factor is material residence time.
This process is repeated between each screen layer.

Sieving Method
Gyratory Screening: Two layers of screens sieve with the same aperture allow the materials that have been screened once to be screened again to achieve higher screening accuracy.
Gyratory reverse screening: Materials are screened from fine → medium fine → medium → coarse. Coarse materials play a certain role in cleaning the mesh.
Double screening: the materials entering the screen machine are evenly distributed to two levels, nearly doubling the processing capacity of a single screen machine, and one screen machine can be used as two.
Combined screening: ordinary screening + rotary screening to improve the utilization rate of a single screen machine.

Cleaning Device of the tumbler vibrating screening machine
Bouncing ball cleaning: By continuously hitting the screen, the materials can be screened smoothly and the mesh clogging can be reduced. It is suitable for most granular materials.

Rotary brush cleaning: The rotary brush is driven by the reduction gear installed on the base chassis. It rotates and brushes under the screen to clean the materials. It is suitable for screening spherical, crystallized and brittle materials.

Ultrasonic cleaning device: High-frequency ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the screen, which not only cleans the screen but also increases the output. It is suitable for most fine, large-volume, and difficult-to-screen materials.
