ZPS-600 direct discharge vibrating screen is one kind of round type straight flow vibrating screen separator in diameter 600mm. It is also called in-line vibrating screen, dual vibration source vibrating screen, straigh flow vibrating screen etc. It is commonly used as impurities removal screening machine, mainly used for rough screening, coarse sieving or fine sifting of granular powders in wheat flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemical industry.It's processing capacity is 2-3 times higher than that of ordinary vibrating screens and easy to be in conjunction with many production lines.

 

 

 

The direct discharge vibrating screen uses the phase angle of two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) installed on the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor shafts on both sides and the intersection angle between the two motors to change the rotational motion of the vibration motor into horizontal, vertical, tilt and The multiple forces of centrifugal action overlap, and then this force is transferred to the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening. Adjusting the phase angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks can change the size of the excitation force and the movement trajectory of the material. The discharge outlet of the direct discharge vibrating screen adopts a straight-row screen structure, which improves the discharge speed and discharge volume, and is more suitable for rough screening processes such as impurity removal and scalping.
