Ultrasonic direct discharge vibrating screen is one kind of round type straight flow vibrating screen separator by adding the ultrasonic transducer device on the screen sieve. It is mainly equipped with 1 layer for 2 different powder size sieving, the under size material outlet is straight downward which can discharge the material easily. Generally, the direct discharge vibrating screen is for coarse powder scalping, with ultrasonic transducer device, it is mainly used for sieving the fine mesh size powder or low density materials.

 

 

 

Ultrasonic direct discharge vibrating screen is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic screen mesh, vibration motor, machine frame etc. The ultrasonic generator generates a high-frequency voltage signal, and the ultrasonic controller transmits this signal to the ultrasonic converter, which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, thereby generating high-frequency ultrasonic vibration. This ultrasonic vibration will make the powder material move rapidly on the screen so as to achieve an efficient sieving performance.

There are also two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor shaft to convert the rotational motion of the vibration motor into a multi-overlapping force of horizontal, vertical, tilt and centrifugal effects, and then transfers this force to the screen surface.

There will two force together combine the ultrasonic force and vibration force which can improve the sieving capacity efficiently.
