Dual Motor Direct Discharge Vibrating Screen

 

 

Dual motor direct discharge vibrating screen is one kind of round type straight flow vibrating screen separator equipped with double motor on both sides. It is mainly equipped with 1 layer for 2 different powder size sieving, the under size material outlet is straight downward which can discharge the material easily, it is better performance for coarse powder screening or wet and dry scalping, like wheat flour, washing powder, starch,food additives, chemical powders, etc.

 

There are two motors vertically installed on the both sides of the machine to vibrate to make the powder doing the opposite circular motion on the screen surface to achieve screening and classifications functions. The vertical vibration force generated by the upper motor causes the material to be thrown upward on the screen surface, while the horizontal vibration force generated by the lower motor causes the material to expand and move relative to the screen surface, thereby achieving screening and classification of the material.

High sieving capacity: There will be larger aperture size, larger sieving area with larger power so it will have higher sieving capacity and suitable for higher capacity production line.

Better self cleaning function: The impact force generated by the double-motor can effectively prevent screen clogging, and its special self-cleaning design can effectively clean the material on the screen to ensure the continuity and accuracy of the screening

Adjustable vibration force: The vibration force of the double motor direct discharge vibrating screen can be adjusted by adjusting the motor center of gravity and vibration parameters to adapt to the screening requirements of different materials, to achieve accurate control and operation.
