Stainless steel direct discharge vibrating screen is one kind of round type straight flow vibrating screen separator build in full stainless steel s304/s316 or contact parts in stainless steel s304/s316. The double motor mounted on the both sides of the machine can make the powder doing the circulatory motion on the screen surface and passing through the specific mesh size and then discharged from each outlet directly. It mainly used for the dust removing, scalping, or make the powder fluffy.

 

 

 

There are two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor shaft to convert the rotational motion of the vibration motor into a multi-overlapping force of horizontal, vertical, tilt and centrifugal effects, and then transfers this force to the screen surface. After the material enters the equipment,

affected by the force of the vibration motor, which makes powder materials doing an elliptical motion trajectory on the screen surface. It has the function of stripping, breaking up and reorganizing, so that the materials can pass through the screen mesh quickly and discharged from fine size outlet and over size powder will be discharged from oversize discharge outlet so that complete the screening and separating process.
