Direct Discharging Vibrating Screen is one kind of round type straight flow vibrating screen separator. It is mainly equipped with 1 layer for 2 different powder size sieving, better performance for coarse powder screening or wet and dry scalping, like wheat flour, washing powder, starch,food additives, chemical powders, etc. It has the characteristic of large sieving capacity, easy to combine with the production line. There are diameter size from 600mm to 1800mm for choice.

There are two types of direct discharge vibrating screen, single motor and double motors design.

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor shaft to convert the rotational motion of the vibration motor into a multi-overlapping force of horizontal, vertical, tilt and centrifugal effects, and then transfers this force to the screen surface. After the material enters the equipment,

affected by the force of the vibration source, which makes powder materials doing an elliptical motion trajectory on the screen surface.While completing the action of passing through the screen mesh, the vibration force can continuously working on the powder doing the reciprocating movement trajectory. It has the function of stripping, breaking up and reorganizing, so that the materials can pass through the screen mesh quickly and discharged from fine size outlet and over size powder will be discharged from oversize discharge outlet so that complete the screening and separating process.

 

 

 

Direct discharge vibrating screen can be used for front end feeding system of the instant noodles production line, snacks, powder drinks, it has a good performance to remove the foreign materials or dust before feeding to the next production procedure.
