Single Motor Direct Discharge Vibrating Screen

 

 

Single motor direct discharge vibrating screen is one kind of round type straight flow vibrating screen separator with one vibration motor driving by one side. It is mainly equipped with 1 layer for 2 different powder size sieving, the under size material outlet is straight downward which can discharge the material easily. As there is only one motor driving, it is mainly used for sieving the small capacity powder or limited place or large size particles.

 

 

 

 

There are also two sets of eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor shaft to convert the rotational motion of the vibration motor into a multi-overlapping force of horizontal, vertical, tilt and centrifugal effects, and then transfers this force to the screen surface. After the material enter into the machine, affected by the vibration motor drive, the coarse powder will rotating on the screen surface and discharged from oversize outlet, the fine powder will drop down from the mesh aperture size and discharged from the under size outlet so that complete the sieving procedure.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Direct discharge vibrating screen are mostly used for rough screening granules and powders in flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemicals, non-mineral and other industries. It has large processing capacity and are easy to integrate into production lines. There are 600mm-1800mm models for choice.
