Notice on the screw conveyor usage

 

1. Materials to be conveyed: It is best to use powder and dry materials that should not have too heavy a proportion.

2. Tilt angle: 0-90°

3. Conveying length: The larger the inclination angle, the conveying length should not be too long;

4. Motor power: Determine the motor power to be selected based on the conveying length and tilt angle of the conveying volume. Choose large or small;

5. Screw speed: Select the speed of the screw conveyor according to the inclination angle of the specification model. The larger the inclination angle, the faster the speed.
