Wood pellet is an important biomass energy in nowadays,besides used as fuel, it also can be used in animal food additives, soil conditioner,mushroom culture medium. Adopts double vibrating motors as vibration source, Linear Vibrating Screen is a kind of closed and light weight industrial vibrating sieve equipment. There are different materials as per different application, full stainless steel or carbon steel. For wood pellet sieving, carbon steel is more suitable as it has low cost than the full stainless steel.

 

 

 

 

 

There are different types of inside screen sieve structure according to different customer's request or different applications.

 

1. The screening range is from 20 to 400 mesh, and the output can reach 20 tons per hour.

2. Equipped with dual motors, installed vertically to each other to obtain appropriate vibration flow. The arrangement of dual motors enables the screen frame to move and vibrate linearly perpendicular to the motors, allowing oversized particles to have a good forward-propulsion effect.

3. Materials can be screened into 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 different grades.

4. Equipped with an adjustable vibration motor, which can help achieve different speeds and vibration levels according to the degree setting.

5. Fully enclosed structure ensures no dust pollution during the screening process.

(1) Installation:

1.Before installing the machine, first check whether the parts are complete and damaged according to the packing list.

2. Install the equipment according to the installation diagram. The foundation should have sufficient stiffness and strength to support all dynamic and static loads of the vibrating screen.

3.Ensure that there should be a minimum gap of 75mm between the screen box and non-moving parts such as hoppers and chutes.

4.When installing, the four corners of the screen box should be level.

 

 

(2) Adjustment and trial operation:

1.The spring must be in a vertical state, and the contact surface between the upper spring support and the spring must be in a horizontal state. After adjustment, use bolts to fix the upper spring support to the trunnion of the screen box, and then weld them together.

The no-load test run time shall not be less than 2 hours. After passing the no-load test run, it can be put into load test run. The load test run can be carried out according to the process test run requirements.
