There are different size from 400mm to 1800mm as per different sieving capacity, 1-5 screen layers as per different separating request which can separate 2-6 grades by one single machine.
As the ultrasonic vibrating screen is mainly working for the very fine mesh size or very light density powder, 1-3 layers is the general configuration.

Working Principle
Ultrasonic vibrating screen is means there will installed a low amplitude high frequency ultrasonic transducer on the P type grid screen of the general rotary vibrating screen. This transducer will converts high -frequency electricity generated by 220 volt AC ultrasonic electric control box into high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillation waves, which are transmitted to the resonator to make the resonator resonate. Then the vibration is uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonator. When the material on the screen is doing low-frequency three-dimensional vibration, the ultrasonic vibration is superimposed, which can not only prevent mesh plugging, but also improve the screening capacity and accuracy. Thus solving the screening problems of strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, high precision, high density, light gravity and so on.

Notice on how to use the ultrasonic vibrating screen
When replacing the screen with different mesh size, the screen should be spread and tighten well when glue , otherwise it will affect the ultrasonic generation vibration performance.
Tightened the screw nut of the cable connector between the bottom sieve frame with electricity power box to prevent the powder cable from loosing.
When the noise in the power control box is too large or hot, the exhaust fan of the same specification in the control box should be replaced in time
The ultrasonic frequency should be adjusted as per different sieving material density.
In the case that the ultrasonic vibrating screen meets the production requirements, the smaller the output power of the power control box, the better.
To ensure that the lower end of the P-type grid transducer and the grid bolt fastening is tightened, and regularly check whether it is loose.
When the ultrasonic control box or the transducer is abnormal, please contact the technical person to check, non-skilled person is not allowed to open the box, so as to avoid unnecessary losses.
The ultrasonic power control box should be placed in a dry, ventilated, stable place, which conducive for fan exhaust to make heat dissipation, strictly follow the instructions can extend the system using life.
