High efficiency ultrasonic vibration screen is the upgrade rotary vibrating screen by adding the extra ultrasonic device and special ultrasonic screen design. It can generate the ultrasonic vibration wave on the screen surface so that the powder material will automatically pass through the according mesh size without the below vibration motor force.So there will be two working force together to sieving the fine mesh size powder or other special powder, which the ultrasonic wave with the vibration motor. No matter on the special powder sieving process, or the capacity handling, it is several times than the general rotary vibrating screen, that is why we also called it is high efficiency ultrasonic vibration screen.

 

 

 

Ultrasonic rotary vibration screen is combine the vibration motor power with the ultrasonic power together. The ultrasonic transducer can convert 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electrical energy into 18KHz high-frequency electrical energy, input ultrasonic transducer, turn it into 18KHz mechanical vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and cleaning the screen mesh, so that make fine powder screening is easy. Based on the traditional vibrating screen, the ultrasonic system introduces a low amplitude, high frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen to improve the screening performance of the micro-separation.
