Introduction
Fine powder ultrasonic vibrating screen is the new upgrade rotary vibrating sieve machine. It is combined two function of ultrasonic generator with vibration motor which is higher efficiency for fine mesh powder above 100mesh or the powders with high absorption, easy agglomeration, high static, high precision degree, light weight etc.The ultrasonic transducer converts 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electrical energy into 38KHz high-frequency electrical energy and turns it into 38KHz mechanical vibration frequency to the screen surface so that improve the passing rate.

Working Principle
Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a new product that combined the ultrasonic generator with vibrating screen. Connecting with the single phase powder 220V 50HZ or 110V 60HZ, the ultrasonic generator will transforms this normal power into the high-frequency electrical energy of 35kHz, then using ultrasonic vibrator head to convert the electrical energy---35kHz into mechanical energy to produce ultrasonic vibration that we can't see but can touch by hand, so that the material on screen surface always maintain suspension, in this way, we can achieve the purpose of screening and clearing efficiently, and make the screening of ultra-fine powder become an easy way.

Advantage
Improve the flat fall of low-density powder in gravity sedimentation (light contact between powder and screen mesh ) and sliding effect, improve the retention or wedge of high-density metal at the mesh opening, improve the adhesion effect of electrostatically charged powder, thereby improving screening efficiency and screening quality.
