Introduction
Stainless steel ultrasonic vibrating screen is the rotary vibrating screen constructed in S304 or S316 material and add the ultrasonic cleaning device on the screen sieve, it is a high-precision ultra fine powder screening machine,it has the function of increasing the passing rate of the powder and also cleaning the screen sieve automatically. With stainless steel construction material, it is qualified enough to sieving any kinds of food powder, chemical granules, or any other high standard sieving industry.
There are two types installation on the ultrasonic generator, one is built in which can get better performance, another is install external which is more suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industry .
Working Principle
Connecting the electricity power of 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electric energy into the ultrasonic transducer, then the ultrasonic transducer will turn it into 36KHz mechanical vibration. The generated ultrasonic wave makes the screen mesh vibrate at a high frequency. The materials on the screen surface are superimposed with ultrasonic vibration while performing low-frequency rotational vibration, which can not only prevent mesh clogging, but also improve the output and product quality of the screening machine, making the ultrasonic vibrating screen easy to screen ultrafine powder.
