Introduction
Trommel Screen is generally known as revolving drum screen, it is usually for coarse sieving in mineral, organic fertilizer industry. The drum device of the tumbler screen is mounted on the frame at an angle. The electric motor is connected to the drum device by coupling through the reducer, and drives the drum device to rotate around its axis. The Cylinder sieve of tumbler screen is generally divided into several sections, and there will be in different apertures from small to large on each section. According to specific production request,, the tumbler screen can be designed as shafted type and shaftless type.

Working Principle
When the materials are fed into the drum, the materials are classified, while the bigger materials flow forward along the inclination of drum and was classified through different mesh screens gradually. Classified small materials fell into respective bunker, and are delivered into finished product stack through manpower or belt conveyor.

Application Scope
1. Used in stone quarries to classify large and small stones and separate soil and stone powder.
2. Used for sand and gravel separation in sand and gravel fields.
3. In the coal industry, it is used for separation of lump coal and coal powder and coal washing
4. In the chemical industry and mineral processing industry, it is used to classify large and small lumps and separate powdery substances.

The required dimension of the undersized product.
The aperture area. Round aperture contributes to a smaller area than square-shaped one.
The magnitude of the agitation of product.
