Introduction
Diameter 600mm rotary vibrating screen is the smaller size in the category of the circular vibration sieve, it is also called vibrating sieve shaker,vibro screen separator,mechanical vibrating sifter etc.
It is mainly used to sieving out foreign material and oversized particles and remove dust from the product to ensure the quality of powder or liquid products. It can sieving as fine as 500mesh, the inside cleaning bouncing ball can prevent the sieve from clogging. There are three construction materials, carbon steel, stainless steel, and plastic type, it can achieve 2-6 different classifications in one operation.
Working Principle
rotary vibrating screen adopt a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. The eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor convert the rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and tilted three-dimensional motion, and transmit it to the screen surface of the rotary vibrating screen, feeding the powder from the inlet, according to different screening requirements, the material passes through 1-5 layers of screens with different mesh numbers. Materials with different mesh sizes pass through the corresponding mesh mesh of each layer and discharged from the discharge outlet of each layer to ultimately achieve the purpose of screening or filtration.

Except for 600mm diameter, there are also 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, different size for different sieving production needs.

Machine Features

The bouncing rubber ball inside machine can achieve the screen mesh cleaning function by continuously hitting the screen without blocking the sieve. There are ultrasonic screen cleaning device for option when sieving the sticky and static materials or very fine powders.
