Introduction
S304 Horizontal Air Flow Sieving Machine is one kind of air jet sieving machine. The screen sieve is cylinder type which installed inside. Working Principle
First, the material is evenly distributed to the indoor screening area through the feeder. Then, the high-speed airflow generated when the machine is started enters the screening chamber along the direction of the arrow. These high-speed air flows will cause the material to be suspended in the air flow and enter the screening area from the opposite direction.
In the screening area, materials will exhibit a motion similar to eddy currents under the influence of air flow. In this process, larger particles will be expelled outward by centrifugal force, while smaller particles will be carried away by the air flow. Due to the effect of air flow, the materials remain suspended during the screening process and will not directly contact the screen sieve, thus avoiding friction and clogging problems between the materials and the screen.
After screening, larger particles are discharged through the discharge output, while smaller particles are discharged through the lower outlet with the air flow. In this way, it will complete the screening and classification process.
