Introduction

It is widely used for screening various solid materials with particle sizes less than 300mm. Working Principle
The drum screening machine uses a gearbox-type deceleration system to reasonably rotate the drum screen sieve. The center drum screen is composed of several annular flat steel mesh. The machine is installed with the ground level and in an inclined state. During operation, the materials enter the mesh from the upper end feeding inlet. During the rotation of the drum screen , the fine materials are separated from top to bottom through the screen intervals composed of annular flat steel, and the coarse materials are separated from the lower end of the separation screen part while the fine material are separated and discharged from the top end. The equipment can be equipped with a plate-type automatic cleaning mechanism. During the separation process, through the relative movement between the cleaning mechanism and the screen body, the cleaning mechanism continuously "combs" the screen body, so that the screen body remains clean throughout the entire working process which will not affect screening efficiency due to clogging of screen apertures.
Application Scope
The drum screening machine is suitable for screening various materials of with different properties, as well as moist and easy-to-clog materials such as coal, coke, white ash, gravel yards and other industries, so it is also called a mining trommel screen. The maximum product under the screen is less than 100mm, the middle is 10~50mm, and the finest It can reach less than 3mm.

3. In the coal industry, it is used for separation of lump coal and coal powder and coal washing
