Working Principle
The air flow screen abandoned the traditional operating principle of gravity potential energy and opens up a new way of screening by using the kinetic energy of the carrier fluid. It uses high-speed airflow as a carrier in a closed state to make the fully diffused powder particles move towards the screen with sufficient kinetic energy spray to achieve the purpose of rapid grading. The fine powder material enters the feeding inlet through the screw conveyor, and immediately spreads and mixes with the air to form a mist. Under the action of the rotating wind wheel, the material is sprayed through the screen in a cyclone shape. The fine powder passing through the screen is transported into the screen directly falling into the negative pressure circulation air duct, under the action of the induced draft fan, all the gas and fine powder enter the settling chamber. After the finished fine powder settles, it is discharged from the lower discharge auger. Most of the gas with a small amount of dust enters the dust bag. After purification, a small part is discharged from the bag and enters the circular circulation air duct under the screen body through the return air duct, and then enters the settling chamber through the induced draft fan for secondary separation.
Materials that cannot pass through the screen will fall into the screen tray and be discharged out of the machine through the oversize discharge port. For materials containing large particles, they should first be screened with a vibrating screen or rotary vibrating screen equipped with a 40--60 mesh screen to screen out large particles or foreign matter to prevent the screen being punctured. or broken.
