1. Check whether the motor label meets the requirements.

2. Use a 500-volt megger to measure the insulation resistance. The stator winding should be dried for its value, and the drying temperature should not exceed 120°C.

3. Check the fasteners of the motor to prevent loosening.

4. Check whether the motor surface is damaged or deformed.

5. Check whether the rotation is flexible. If there are any abnormalities, they should be eliminated.

6. Check the power supply to see if there is phase loss, and run it without load for 5 minutes.

 

 

1. The motor should be fastened to the mounting surface, which must be smooth and flat.

2. The motor can be installed horizontally.

3. The motor lead adopts four-core rubber cable YZ-500V. When connecting to the power supply, the lead cable is not allowed to have sharp bends and is reliably fixed with the vibrating body.

4. The motor should have reliable grounding. There is a grounding device inside the motor, and there are signs on the lead ends. You can also use solid bolts on the feet for grounding.
