V shape type powder mixer machine is one kind of asymmetric mixer in alphabet V shape. It is widely used for mixing powder and granule in many kinds of industries,such as food ,chemical,medicine,feed,coating, cosmetics and so on.

 

It adopts manual or vacuum conveyor feeding and closed disc valve discharge, which can avoid dust spilling; with unique mixing barrel structure, high efficiency blending, and no dead angle. The inside and outside of machine are polished smoothly which can mixing the materials evenly. In addition, the machine is also equipped with a timing device, the mixing time can be adjusted.

 

 

 

It is equipped with a motor and a reducer on one end of the machine is. The motor power is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and the reducer is transmitted to the V-shaped barrel through a coupling. The V-shaped barrel is continuously operated to drive the materials in the barrel to be mixed up, down, left, and right in the barrel.

 

 

 

It is suitable for the mixing of powders and granules with good fluidity and small difference in physical properties, as well as the mixing of materials with low mixing requirements and short mixing time. Since the material flow in the V-shaped mixing container is smooth, the original shape of the material will not be destroyed. Therefore, the V-type mixer is also suitable for mixing granular materials that are easy to break and wear, or materials that are finer, powdery, lumpy, and contain a certain amount of moisture.

 

They are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.

This machine can be fed powder by vacuum conveyor and be discharged by butterfly valve which achieve dust-free operation.

 

Composed of two asymmetric cylinders, materials can flow in both vertical and horizontal directions, and the mixing uniformity can reach over 99%.

 

The cylinder body is made of stainless steel plate, and the inner and outer walls are polished. It is clean and hygienic without material accumulation and meets GMP requirements.

 

This machine is easy to operate and can be equipped with timing operation or inching operation.
