1. The moisture content of the material is too high

When selecting materials with finer particles, higher moisture content, higher mud content, and whether the material is adhesive, and whether the moisture content is greater than 5%, drying and dehydration methods need to be used to screen the selected materials. If the moisture content is greater than 8%, wet screening method should be used.

2. The material density is high, and the selection of the sieve is not appropriate

When the proportion of particles with high particle size is high, crushing process should be carried out, and then screening should be carried out. The selection of vibrating screen mesh should refer to the characteristics of the screened material.

3. Light material density/presence of static electricity

When the screened material has a light specific gravity and high electrostatic characteristics, it is easy to clump and adsorb on the vibrating screen surface during the screening process, causing mesh blockage. The following methods can be adopted:

① Connect a ground wire to the screen of the screening equipment to allow the current to be directed out to the ground as much as possible, thus reducing the harm of static electricity.

② You can sprinkle some water on the ground of the production site or add a few pots of clean water to increase humidity.

③ The use of ultrasonic vibrating screen for material screening is based on the ordinary vibrating screen, which is equipped with an ultrasonic energy exchange system. It can accelerate the separation of agglomerates, high static electricity, high precision, high density, light density, and adsorbed materials, thereby increasing their screening weight.

4. Vibration screen mesh without cleaning device

The vibrating screen cleaning device includes bouncing balls, rotary brushes, ultrasonic waves, etc. Different cleaning devices have different cleaning effects, and should be selected according to the specific material screening situation.
