The unidirectional encouraging force inertial exciter is usually composed of two shafts and a pair of gears with a speed ratio of 1. The two shafts rotate in opposite directions at a constant speed, and the two eccentric blocks on the shaft generate a combined force of inertia in the Y direction.
When working, fix the exciter on the excited part, and the excited part will obtain the required vibration. A self synchronous inertial exciter is also commonly used in vibration machinery. The two shafts of this exciter are driven by two induction motors with similar characteristics, and do not require gears. Based on the principle of vibration synchronization, the two shafts with eccentric blocks complete a constant speed reverse rotation, thereby obtaining unidirectional excitation force.

Sometimes, due to improper operation or insufficient maintenance, abnormal equipment operation may occur. When encountering this problem, the following items can be referred to for maintenance:
(1) The bearings of the exciter are smooth with thin oil. After the first 40 hours of operation, the oil should be changed. The normal operating cycle thereafter is approximately 800 hours.
(2) The oil injection amount depends on the size of the exciter. Regarding the oil injection amount for the YA series circular vibration, when the oil level inspection rod is removed, a small amount of oil droplets continuously drip out, indicating that the oil amount is correct. If a large amount of smooth oil overflows, it indicates that the oil level is too high.
(3) When the ambient temperature is less than 5 ° C, use grade 70 industrial gear oil for smooth oil application. When the ambient temperature is greater than 5 ° C, use No. 90 industrial gear oil.
(4) The labyrinth groove between the sealing plate of the exciter and the isolation ring is sealed with ZL45-2 lithium based smooth grease, and an oil cup should be used to inject sufficient grease once a week.
