This type of vibration force is inevitably harmful to the machine, and some incorrect operations during the use of linear vibrating screen can cause various malfunctions. Common faults such as excessive noise caused by faults in linear vibrating screens can greatly affect the effectiveness of the screen and the working environment of operators. If left unresolved for a long time, it can also affect the service life of the screen.

It is normal to have some noise during the operation of the linear vibrating screen, but if it exceeds the limit, it indicates that the noise reduction components of the linear vibrating screen have problems and need to be replaced or resolved in a timely manner. 1. Loose shock-absorbing spring:
In general, the spring is tightly attached to the base, so that the vibration force is directly transmitted to the shock absorber spring. The elastic variable of the shock absorber spring is used to cushion it. However, when the shock absorber spring becomes loose, under the action of the vibration force, the spring and the base will experience friction, resulting in increased noise.
Solution: Regularly check the tightness of screws
2. Loose bolts:
Because the linear vibrating screen uses two vibrating machines to work simultaneously, under the strong vibration force, each bolt on the linear vibrating screen will easily loosen, causing friction and noise between the screen body and components of the linear vibrating screen.
Solution: Strengthen the bolts on schedule.
3. Insufficient or damaged bearings:
The vibration source of the linear vibrating screen is two vibration electromechanical devices, and the core of the vibration electromechanical device is the bearing. If the bearing accuracy of the linear vibrating screen is not high, it will increase the friction between the bearing and the electromechanical device; When bearings break, friction becomes more pronounced and noise becomes louder.

Solution: Replace with new qualified bearings.
4. The unfair selection of sieve plates:
There are various types of materials for sieve plates, including polyurethane sieve plates and steel sieve plates. Generally speaking, the friction noise of polyurethane sieve plates is lower than that of steel sieve plates, so polyurethane sieve plates should be used as much as possible without affecting the screening effect of linear vibrating screens.
Solution: Replace the steel sieve plate with a polyurethane sieve plate.
5. Sieve body breaks first:
The production capacity of each linear vibrating screen has an upper limit. Some manufacturers increase the load of the linear vibrating screen without authorization due to a large production capacity demand and tight construction period. This long-term use will cause the screen body of the linear vibrating screen to break first, which will produce significant noise during the operation of the linear vibrating screen.
