The pollen sent by the customer is packed in plastic bags, just like the pollen we usually see. It is yellow in color, with particles of different sizes, including round, triangular, and powdery shapes. Then the company went to the laboratory to screen using standard inspection sieves with a pore size of 2.0 and 0.71mm. The screening result was very smooth. After all, the upper 2mm had large holes and did not block the mesh, while the lower 0.71mm had a bit of blockage. However, when shaking it by hand, it passed through the mesh. After sieving, 40% of the particles are larger than 2mm, 40% are in the middle, and 20% are smaller than 0.71mm. The particles are separated and the powder is also sieved out.

Because the customer had never used a screening machine before, they requested the company to shoot a TV to further understand the screening process. Later, the company filmed the entire process according to the requirements and shared the installation and debugging video of the screening machine, allowing the customer to have a deeper understanding of its use. After seeing the video, the customer recognized the company even more. Later, after investigation, it was found that the customer was a sole proprietorship.
